We’re Hiring: Personal Assistant for a Property Company
Are you highly organised, proactive, and experienced in the property industry? We’re looking for a dynamic Personal Assistant to join our fast-paced property team.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant (minimum 2 years)
Background or experience in the property/real estate industry is essential
Strong Canva design skills for marketing and presentation tasks
Ability to work independently, think ahead, and take initiative
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Must have own vehicle and laptop
Duties Include:
Managing diaries, meetings & appointments
Assisting with property listings, viewings, and admin
Creating marketing material on Canva
Handling client communication and documentation
Running errands and ad hoc tasks as required
Location: Seapoint
Work type: On-site
Salary: Market-related
