Remuneration Package:

R8000 – R10 000 depending on experience. (includes salary and provident fund)

– Vehicle scheme (includes fuel, insurance, maintenance, tolls etc.)

– Commission scheme comes into effect after 4 months employment and is to be finalised upon valid employment offer.

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales to drive revenue growth for our website and external sales. This role requires a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

Preference will be given to Cape Town based candidates.

 

Responsibilities:

– Identify and prospect new customers through networking, site visits, cold calling and other lead generation methods. Answer customers’ questions about products, prices, availability, or credit terms.

 – Visit establishments to evaluate needs or to promote product or service sales.

– Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

– Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate snack solutions to meet their requirements.

– Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services.

– Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals and achieve sales targets.

– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and timely delivery to customers.

 – Emphasize product features, based on analyses of customers’ needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.

– Complete expense reports, sales reports, or other paperwork.

 

Requirements:

– Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry or related field.

– Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.

– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

– Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for exceeding sales goals.

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

– Valid driver’s license.
