Brand Manager required for a vacancy in Midrand, Johannesburg.

We are currently searching for a Brand Manager to join a dynamic team in Midrand. The Brand Manager will develop an understanding of the brand and practice marketing while managing others. Someone that is detail-oriented and can multitask with the below requirements will fit this position.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Understand the brand and the market in which it operates
    • Understanding of the target market
    • Understanding the concept and the implementation thereof
    • Understand the direct and indirect competitors and threats
  • Manage
    • Bi-annual visits
    • Develop and implement a brand consistency program
    • Motivate and care
    • Arrange annual conference
    • Arrange and present online meetings
    • Present training
  • Implement the brand’s marketing strategy
    • Website and Google
    • Brochures
    • Photography
    • Social media
    • Leads and communication
    • Manage other advertising
    • CRM
  • Establish and manage a specific scheme
  • Measure and report


  • Matric / Grade 12
  • A relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a relevant role
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Experience in:
    • search engine optimisation
    • Google Adwords
    • Bing strategy
    • manage and maintain website
    • social media
  • Detail-oriented
  • Willing to travel nationally
  • Experience in measurement and formal reporting
  • Own vehicle with valid drivers’ license
